Terms of Service (EULA) — Field Service Record

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Field Service Record (the “App”), provided by Marvin Aquino, an Individual (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable laws.

2. In-App Purchases

Field Service Record offers optional in-app purchases to enhance your experience. All purchases are processed through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.

Available Purchases

Support & Remove Ads — a one-time purchase that removes advertisements and supports continued development of the App.
Cloud Sync — an auto-renewable subscription available on a monthly or yearly basis, enabling secure backup and synchronization of your data across devices.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the respective platform.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies. We do not process refunds directly.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Content

The App may allow users to submit content such as posts, photos, and comments (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you represent that:

You own or have permission to share the content.
The content complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, store, display, moderate, and distribute User Content solely for operating and improving the App.

5. Content Moderation & Reporting

User Content may be reviewed before or after posting.
Any content may be approved, rejected, hidden, or removed at our discretion.
Users may report content they believe is inappropriate.
Reported content may be hidden immediately.
Edited content may require re-approval.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Post offensive, abusive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
Upload malicious code or misuse the App.
Attempt to bypass moderation or security measures.
Use the App for unlawful purposes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, harm the community, or if required to comply with legal obligations.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marvin Aquino shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
